Return and withdrawal policy (14 days according to law)

• The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need for justification. To initiate a return, you must contact us at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are borne by the company. Since we sell food products, the right of withdrawal will not apply to those products whose seal has been broken/opened for hygiene and health reasons. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a defective product, a product damaged during transport, or an incorrect item.

Delivery times

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping agency. The delivery timeframe will start counting from the payment confirmation.

Applicable Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute or conflict arising from the contractual relationship, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Alcoy, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to resort to the courts of their own domicile in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
